Is Allume a subscription box?
At Allume, your stylist won't be sending you a box of clothes. Instead, they'll create an online lookbook with 3 looks personalized to you. You decide what to buy from your lookbook, and can purchase from multiple brands with a single checkout. Your items ship directly from the brand, just like regular online shopping. No surprises here, you're in control throughout the whole process!
Can I try on the clothes before buying?
All items must be purchased from your lookbook first, and are shipped directly from the brand or retailer—just like when you shop online yourself. If something doesn’t fit quite right, you can return your items back to the brand or retailer you purchased from. Shipping and return details are on each product page of your lookbook.
How much time does a styling session take?
Our text-based styling sessions typically take around 15 minutes. At your styling session, your stylist will send you an online lookbook with your 3 personalized looks. This is your time to text your stylist feedback on what you like and don’t like about your looks. Your stylist will then make swaps based on your feedback.
