We’re looking for an experienced product leader to lead, build and grow our product and team.
Our product is an amazing text-based personal styling experience where client and stylist interact, the stylist finds amazing clothes, and the client buys them. Unlike other roles, this is a two-sided product, with both a shopper-facing experience and an internal stylist-facing toolset, both are critical enablers to deliver success. Our Head of Product will be a creative, data-oriented and technical thinker, one who thrives on interesting challenges and is comfortable with ambiguity and building new products from the ground up.
As the Head of Product, you are responsible for crafting the product vision for the future of shopping and bringing our vision for personalized styling to life. In partnership with the CEO, and the leadership team, you will craft and deliver on the product vision in support of our two-sided “marketplace” of shoppers, and stylists. You will work hands on with design, marketing, engineering, customer success & customers directly to set, communicate and prioritize the roadmap. What We're Looking For
Allume is searching for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to lead Allume to our next phase of growth. This role reports directly into the VP of Marketing and spans strategy and planning; creative development and production; testing, analytics, and reporting; as well as execution. You will be responsible for efficient new customer acquisition—owning all paid channels and partnering with other stakeholders across marketing, product, and engineering to create viral organic growth.
What You'll Do
- Lead growth strategies for Allume. While you’ll start as an individual contributor, you’ll have the opportunity to build a team as the company grows.
- Own the in-house campaign planning, launch, ongoing optimization and management on Facebook, Instagram, SEM, and expansion into new channels (Pinterest, Affiliate, Refer-a-Friend, YouTube, Web Display, Podcast).
- Generate data-driven hypotheses; meticulously and methodically test channels, tactics, and creative to improve marketing performance.
- Partner with VPs on developing best-in-class creative to drive efficiency in paid channels and improve landing page conversion.

- 3 to 7 years of online marketing experience with demonstrated step-function growth and improved efficiency in Paid Social (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and SEM, with some experience managing Display Prospecting, Display Retargeting, and YouTube.
- Highly analytical with deep expertise in conversion tracking and marketing attribution. GA is your best friend, you can roll up your sleeves and write SQL queries to get the data you need.

We’re looking for an experienced customer support / customer experience leader. Unlike many CS organizations, customer service is a fundamental part of our core client experience. Our product is an amazing text-based personal styling experience where client and stylist interact, stylist finds amazing clothes, and the client orders them. Our client/stylist support agents manage every step of this process: answering client and stylist questions, ensuring stylists are meeting our high standards, providing client follow-up, and processing client orders. We are looking for a leader who will improve support processes (training, new tools/processes, manage to KPIs) and will serve as the direct line of customer feedback into our engineering team. To be successful in this role, you need to be a team/ culture builder, strategic planner, day-to-day operational manager, and have strong user experience instincts. You’ll be an important member of the Allume leadership team.
What You’ll Do
- Build a world class team of local and remote agents, recruit, train, and develop superior customer service representatives, stylist support agents, and order placement managers. Build a culture of agents who are customer obsessed and driven to improve customer experiences.
- Lead your team to effectively and efficiently execute customer and stylists support across email, text, and social while continually improving core business metrics (buy rate, cart size, NPS) and CS efficiency metrics.

Customer Service Associate
We're looking for an enthusiastic, fashion-loving, detail-oriented Customer Service Associate to support our customer communications. Our ideal candidate is analytical with great follow-through, customer-focused with passion for helping people, and an entrepreneurial thinker who is always coming up with ways to improve things.
We work in an open environment and need you to be able to think big picture while handling the day to day workload. We all make changes to improve the business, and we all work as a team.
This position would start immediately.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve inbound customer contacts via email, text, and social platforms
- Identify customer issues and provide proactive solutions
- Communicate with our customers in a clear, concise, and positive tone
- Provide above and beyond service to every customer you interact with
- Stay up to date on internal process and policies
- Balance efficiency and speed with high level of service
- Work with Customer Service Manager to ensure proper service is being delivered
- Manage ordering throughput for clients — oversee successful throughput of client orders for clients across various retailers and communicate status updates.
Requirements
- Customer obsessed and super friendly

- Ability to work remotely (must have reliable, high speed internet access)

- Detail oriented — You pride yourself on carefully tracking all details, always following through, and not making mistakes. You like using Excel and Google Sheets. You like looking at a bunch of data and figuring out what it's telling you.
- Process-oriented — You like creating lightweight processes, learning from them, and figuring out how to improve next time.

- 2+ years of retail or customer service experience
- 1 year of E-commerce customer service experience (preferred)
- Open availability through the holidays
- Ability to work 25 - 40 hours per week
- Ability to work evenings and weekends is required
